Beginner thru Intermediate Level Yoga
We are currently running on a minimal schedule while re-evaluating our vision for the direction of the studio. We anticipate returning to a fuller schedule in September 2018.
Previously, we have offered 10+ classes per week and our vision had always been to build our schedule to offer multiple day and evening classes for specific levels and needs, meaning separate classes for Beginner Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, Advanced Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga (for various ages), Teen Yoga, Meditation, and more.
Class offerings are dependent upon demand and are scheduled for sessions (e.g. 10-12 consecutive weeks). We require at least 5 students registered & paid in advance to hold class.
New students and drop-ins are welcome anytime. Due to the progressive nature of most of our classes, we ask that you only drop into a class at or below your current level. For example, if you are a Beginner/Level 1, please do not drop-in to an Intermediate/Level 2 class.
If you are interested in a class or a day/time not currently offered, please contact us.
In addition to the Yoga Classes and Events that we offer, we also host or simply rent space for workshops, retreats, and classes offered by other practitioners and organizations. To rent space, please contact us.
For students early in their yoga practice and those looking to deepen their understanding of the fundamental aspects of poses. Recommended for students new to yoga (“new” may mean the first few years of practice) or with less than one year of practice at a gym or in another style of yoga. Safe body alignment and body awareness are taught through practice of the poses.
For students with the strength and body awareness to work on inversions and arm balances. Prior experience and understanding of safe body alignment required.
